General Home Inspections
Home inspections are visual examinations of a house and property. When performed by our qualified professionals, they include a thorough visual inspection of the structure inside and out, from foundation to roof. Such examination covers all major systems, an objective evaluation of the condition of more than 400 items and a printed report of all findings and potential concerns.
Our professional and knowledgeable home inspectors can make you feel far more secure about your purchase or selling decision.

Commercial Building Inspections
This includes inspections of apartment complexes, motels, office buildings, and retail stores. The inspection evaluates the major systems of the property and the visible structural components; it also catalogues the type and condition of HVAC equipment.
Indoor Air Quality Inspections
Most people are aware that outdoor air pollution can damage our health, but fewer realize that indoor air pollution can be as or even more harmful. Improving indoor air quality isn’t as simple as changing your furnace air filter. As your home deteriorates, its condition can dramatically affect the quality of your indoor air. Leaking roofs, windows and foundations can lead to internal and external sources of air pollutants that when trapped in your home can lead to levels of indoor air pollution that are significantly higher than outdoor levels. In addition, how you live in, maintain and operate your home can have a dramatic effect on air quality as well. Our specially trained inspectors can perform an Indoor Air Quality Inspection to assist you in improving the indoor air quality in your home. We utilize the Canary monitoring system and a 3 day test is required, (three locations of your home).
This inspection will determine the major areas of energy use and waste and make suggestions on what steps to take that could save you hundreds of dollars annually in utilities and help you do your part in protecting the environment.
EnerGuide Ratings System (ERS) for New Homes
Through a standard measure of energy performance, an EnerGuide rating shows you and future buyers exactly how energy efficient your home really is. The rating is calculated on standard operation assumptions so that you can compare the performance of one house against another.
Pool & Spa Inspections
This review includes a visual examination of a spa/pool installation. We will inspect the pool equipment, electrical supply and pool line. The equipment is operated and then checked visually, except for the pool heater if the pilot is not lit.
RecallChek is a service that reports to the client if any appliances in the houses we inspect are subject to a recall and will notify them of any recalls if/when they occur. RecallChek is included in your inspection, free of charge. For more information about RecallChek, please visit them here.
